The SolSisters is a collection of NFTs promoting sustainability within the industry. SolSisters are mythical creatures from the future that have returned to help save the earth and mother nature. Currently, there are 7.364 NFTs in the collection, all featuring women. Each NFT is unique, featuring a random design.
Furthermore, suppose you are lucky enough to get your hands on one of these NFTs. In that case, you will be initiated into the Sisterhood, which gives you the ability to shape community initiatives. As mentioned, at its core, SolSisters main goal is to promote sustainability within NFTs. SolSisters is built on the Solana Blockchain, one of the most environmentally sustainable blockchains. The project seeks environmental justice and works endlessly towards this goal.
Alongside the projects environmental goals, the project also seeks to promote brave and strong women in the industry. SolSisters pays tribute to brave women as well as promotes feminist themes. Thus, the project wants to create an environment that supports the environment and empowers women.
World of Women
World of Women (WoW) is a collection of 10,000 NFTs that feature diverse and powerful women. WoW is built on the Ethereum blockchain with different rarity levels. The project’s main goal is to promote the inclusion of women in the NFT space. It seeks to balance representation in NFTs.
Currently, World of Women is one of the most successful NFTs on the market. World of Women, launched on July 27th at 9 PM CEST, quickly selling out overnight.
The project has been bought by celebrities such as Logan Paul and signed by Guy Oseary, Madonna’s ex-manager. The project also values itself on transparency.
Overall, both World of Women and SolSisters are two projects promoting women both within NFTs and the wider Metaverse. As we approach and get more intrinsically connected with the Metaverse, both projects will lead the way in empowering women.
